Go to the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) .
Download the Fusion Middleware Infrastructure zip file. Download Mif12 zip
If the file is broken, check the download source to ensure the download completed fully. Go to the Oracle Technology Network (OTN)
Unpack the ZIP file to locate the generic installer JAR file. Download Mif12 zip
Right-click the file and select "Extract All" or "Open with Archive Utility".
