The official PS4 update was a small hotfix (~130 MB). If the file you have is several gigabytes and from an unverified source, it may be a repackaged version with unauthorized modifications. Game Context DAYS GONE - New Patch Update 1.07 (FIXED)

This was a highly anticipated "hotfix" (approx. 130–136 MB) released shortly after launch to address major technical failures introduced by the previous update (1.06).

For the PC version, patch 1.07 was a larger download (approx. 1.2 GB) that primarily addressed minor text errors in the end credits. Security Warning
