A 16-year-old boy was slashed in the neck near East Tremont Avenue by suspects who fled the scene.

The following incidents were reported by News 12 Bronx and other local outlets in late April 2026:

A man and a woman allegedly stabbed a 21-year-old security guard in the back and pepper-sprayed him at a CityMD Urgent Care.

A 44-year-old suspect randomly attacked an 84-year-old man, a 65-year-old man, and a 70-year-old woman. The suspect was fatally shot by the NYPD at the scene.
