Jim plans to unleash a biological weapon鈥攁 deadly virus called "Raktbeej"鈥攐n Indian soil. To stop him, RAW official Nandini Grewal (Dimple Kapadia) activates the JOCR (Joint Operations and Covert Research) unit, a group of former agents who were sidelined due to past injuries or trauma.

His mission takes him across the globe, from the streets of Dubai to the frozen landscapes of Russia.
