The film follows ( Jean-Claude Van Damme ) and Andrew Scott ( Dolph Lundgren ), two soldiers who kill each other during the Vietnam War. They are secretly reanimated decades later as part of a high-tech military program called "UniSols"—genetically enhanced, memory-wiped super-soldiers. However, Deveraux begins to regain his memories and goes on the run with a journalist, pursued by the increasingly psychotic Scott.
