We spend an exhausting amount of energy trying to make our lives look like a curated Pinterest board. The F**k-It List response? Eat the messy sandwich, let the laundry sit for an extra day, and stop apologizing for a home that looks like people actually live in it. 2. Ditch the "Shoulds" The F**k-It List

While a Bucket List is about what you want to add to your life, a F**k-It List is about what you’re finally ready to let go of . It’s a manifesto of liberation. It’s the art of strategic apathy.

There is a toxic idea that every hobby needs to be a "side hustle." If you like painting, just paint. You don't need to open an Etsy shop. You don't need to monetize your joy. Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is something completely "useless" that makes you happy. 5. Give Up on Pleasing Everyone Here is why you need one, and how
